Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market, current told is underpaid approximately by $10,000 or more. Which makes it very difficult to have a successful work/life balance.
The benefits are a big issue. Its better for me to go through the ACA and get better quality insurance. The most comparable plan they offer is twice as much as the marketplace
Better goal setting for bonuses and company should match SOMETHING in 401(k)s.
