What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee satisfaction rather than guest scores. Can't have one without the other.
Providing for their employees, providing a consistent experience for customers/employees, and updating the resort in every aspect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low pay for trying to live in a mountain town as a professional
The hourly pay is subpar at best, but the additional benefits you get for working at the resort are supposed to offset the difference in pay. I don't think that the additional benefits are enough to compensate for the lack of hourly pay though.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team that I work directly with is fantastic! Everyone clicks really well with each other, but some management above us don't work as well with everyone else. There is a lot of inconsistent communication and expectations combined with lack of proper leadership at the higher levels.

There are a lot of areas that need capital and time invested in them to improve the efficiency and the overall quality of the experience for all parties involved.
