Very low pay for trying to live in a mountain town as a professional
The hourly pay is subpar at best, but the additional benefits you get for working at the resort are supposed to offset the difference in pay. I don't think that the additional benefits are enough to compensate for the lack of hourly pay though.
The team that I work directly with is fantastic! Everyone clicks really well with each other, but some management above us don't work as well with everyone else. There is a lot of inconsistent communication and expectations combined with lack of proper leadership at the higher levels.
