Mr. Con L. Wadsworth has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sterling Construction Company, Inc. since March 10, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President from June 2014 to February 15, 2015. Mr. Wadsworth served as Chief Executive Officer of Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, Inc. (RLW) from January 2014 to February 15, 2015 and served as its president since August 2011 and was its General Manager from 2009 to August 2011. He serves as the Principal-on-Site for the I-80 State Street to 1300 East Reconstruction Project. Mr. Wadsworth is expertise in traffic control design and implementation. Since 1976, he held nearly every kind of position at RLW. He served as Construction Manager on the $230 million I-15 NOW Design-Build project in Ogden, Utah. Mr. Wadsworth served as the Deputy Project Manager and Principal-on-Site for Utah Department of Transportation's 12300 South Design-Build project and as Project Manager for the SR-201 Design-Build project. He served as a Project Manager on four UDOT projects that were completed ahead of schedule - University Parkway Interchange, Kimball Junction Interchange, Bangerter Highway Interchange and Redwood Road from 6600 South to 7600 South. He has successfully designed traffic control plans for interchange reconstructions with no ramp closures throughout the project. Mr. Wadsworth is very effective at making presentations at public meetings and working one-on-one with citizens and special interest groups affected by construction projects.
