Mr. Declan P. Quirke has been Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp. since October 2010. Mr. Quirke served as Head of Health Care Investment Banking at Cowen Group, Inc. since March 4, 2010. Mr. Quirke served as Managing Director and Head of Health Care Mergers & Acquisitions of Cowen and Company LLC. until March 4, 2010. Mr. Quirke served as Managing Director and Head of Life Sciences at Cowen Group, Inc. He joined SG Cowen (now Cowen & Co.) in May 2001 after one year at Robertson Stephens where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of East Coast M&A.
