He served as Chief Financial Officer at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel. He served as Treasurer of Stifel Financial Corp., since February 1999 until 2011. Mr. Zemlyak joined Stifel Nicolaus in February 1999. He served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Baird Financial Corporation from 1997 to 1999 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated from 1994 to 1999. He served as a Director of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, a subsidiary of Stifel Financial Corp. since February 1999. Mr. Zemlyak serves as a Director of Stifel Bank & Trust. He served as a Director of Stifel Financial Corp. until June 6, 2017.
