Mr. Patrick J. Keeley had been served as Co-Head of Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp. Mr. Keeley serves as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp. Mr. Keeley serves as Managing Director of Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (alternate name, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel). Mr. Keeley served as an Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Investment Banking of Friedman Billings Ramsey Group Inc. (Now, FBR & Co.) since February 8, 2007. Mr. Keeley served as Senior Managing Director and Group Head of the Energy investment banking group at Friedman Billings Ramsey & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Friedman Billings Ramsey Group Inc. Under Mr. Keeley's leadership, FBR's energy group has managed several billion dollars of equity and debt underwritings. He served as an Executive Vice President, Co-Head of Investment Banking of FBR Capital Markets Corp. since February 8, 2007. He joined FBR in 1998. Mr. Keeley served as Partner at the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. from 1977 to 1998, where he represented Oil and Gas producers, pipelines, distribution companies, refineries and independent power producers in commercial transactions and proceedings, administrative proceedings and litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, the Department of the Interior and various other federal and state courts and commissions. He is an industry veteran and is instrumental in the success of FBR's expanding investment banking franchise. He joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 1977. He served as an Assistant to the General Counsel of the Federal Power Commission in Washington, D.C. He served as a Director of DevX Energy, Inc. since November 10, 2000. He served on the board of directors of several public and private energy and banking companies and mutual funds. Mr. Keeley has a J.D. degree from Fordham University in 1975 and Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 1970.
