What did you like most about the interview process?
Relaxed environment lots of information and explanations
Interview process is easy and it took no time at all
I haven't had an interview for many years but have conducted numerous interviews - I pride myself on putting the candidate at ease to get the best from them despite them being nervous. Feedback from recruited team members - the best interview i've ever had.
It got personal-ish, during the interview, my manager wanted to get to know me.
