What do you like best about the leadership team?
They poll employees and always make time to hear them out. I've worked many places and that's often not the case.

Compensation is very competitive and internal equity is about as good as it gets.

They feel like theyre part if the mission - theyre invested and passionate about the mission.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, the sense of the shared mission and the vision of a cleaner planet is widely felt and embraced. That makes getting everyone pulling in the same direction.
