What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and always quick to let you know that they appreciate the work you are doing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met my future supervisor and others with whom I would be working. The process moved quickly from first to second interview to hiring and starting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We come from different career backgrounds but we work well together. My supervisor is wonderful; the best person for whom I have worked in my professional career.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company offers a 401K as well as health, dental and vision benefits. PTO time seems to be line with most companies, although sick time is not offered separately (it is part of your PTO).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is quiet enough to get work done, but we also have a good time. We have company and department lunches occasionally, although not during Covid, of course. I don't hear the constant negative comments that I have heard at previous jobs.
