My compensation is very disproportionate compared to my role in the company, the amount of revenue generated directly from work I perform, the quality of my work compared to similar personnel elsewhere in my industry, my tenure within my company, and the complete lack of benefits outside of salary.

Everyone needs better communication, if you dont have an answer say that. Don't not respond.
Hire from within, like you said you do in my interview. Has been hiring remote workers from around the country instead of promoting loyal hardworking employees. Stop saying you treat us like "family" and then take money out of out pockets in a bad economy.
Boss (who is president and CEO of company) is overly critical, flakey, disorganized, forgetful, insulting, arrogant, lazy, slow to learn new things, adapts poorly to new projects, presumptuous, disrespectful, and has a poor sense of personal boundaries. He needs to step away to let others run things
