The healthcare pacakage for 2019 is awful, other than that great company.

Collobrative teamwork, everyone participates, differences of opinion are respected
I could call any team member at 2am if necessary and not get yelled at. That's dedication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very fast paced environment, everyone pitches in and is happy to be there. While there is never a slow day there is also never a dull day.
I can run into and have a chat with the CEO, IT Manager, warehouse associate, or maintenance man on any given day. Egos are in check.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My experience was respected and I was well listened to.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work is appreciated and I am treated as a valued member of the team.
