Management is extremely intransigent and inconsiderate.

They hire highly specialized personnel and pay them extremely low salaries.
Whether compensation is fair is based on pickiness of reviewers and how subjective guidelines are. Largely depends on the reviewer whether or not compensation is adequate.

In reality they have a huge number of rules that are not followed
Some are helpful and view successful completion as a team effort. Others seem to view criticizing others as a way to elevate themselves.

They should have more interaction with employees
