stocks stocks stocks stocks stocks
I think I'm paid fairly for my years of experience and what I contribute. Sure, I'd love a raise, but overall, I believe it's fair.
Review from Engineering Dept
I enjoy the health plan
Lunch on working days WFH option on so many days
Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Engineering Dept
Options are quite good. On this, the company doesn't pinch
Equity. Health benefits. Food in office.
Run of the mills coverage, but the intangible is flexibility
My base salary is very competitive
We need to adhere to performance cycle parameters and meet compensation expectations and career milestones as they have been articulated. Inflation has been very difficult over the last period, and our compensation plan needs to acknowledge and address that, particularly for top performers.
Review from HR Dept
I feel am underpayed for my role
Review from HR Dept
I personally don't think there are any additional perks beside the compensation that the company provides. Perks include a better insurance program, learning program, goodies, holiday parties.
Review from HR Dept
Understand the startup situation, but it can't be an excuse for favoritism.
Review from Engineering Dept
An actual increase in pay - both annually, and with promotions. 401K match and a bonus program, which were both told would be coming within one month of my hire, now almost two years ago and nowhere closer to happening.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I'm grossly underpaid (20-25%) for the market and position I'm in.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Promotion and a comp increase.
Review from Engineering Dept
I am concerned about my compensation because it was not as per the industry market. As a Technical Support person , I am doing more than L2 and what I am getting is L1 level support compensation. I have learned all the Suki products within short span of time and being customer focused always.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Equivalent to those with similar background at other companies in a similar stage for cash/equity combo. Be able to save some/contribute to 401K while meeting living expenses which include family healthcare and large student loans. .
Less Shares, less allowances, less packages, less employee benefits
Review from Customer Support Dept
Bonuses and other benefits are not there anymore, bring 401k match and better healthcare absorption
Review from Engineering Dept
No Official Promotion even though did/doing significant contribution, Indian Team is getting more priority over US Team (in getting promotions and in getting appreciation) . Stock Refreshers and bonus based on Performance.
Review from Engineering Dept
Compensation can be increased every year at least some percentage, this happens all companies and also yearly bonus, festival bonuses can be given if possible.
Review from Engineering Dept
Culture is more important then compensation.
Im a contractor so I do not get perks or benifets
A bonus program and 401K match, both of which were promised upon negotiating the offer (over a year ago)
Review from Customer Support Dept
My compensation was absolutely more than fair when I started. I do think that I have grown in role and responsibility and hope that the next performance cycle will allow for an increase in compensation. I would not say that I feel undervalued.
