We need to adhere to performance cycle parameters and meet compensation expectations and career milestones as they have been articulated. Inflation has been very difficult over the last period, and our compensation plan needs to acknowledge and address that, particularly for top performers.

I personally don't think there are any additional perks beside the compensation that the company provides. Perks include a better insurance program, learning program, goodies, holiday parties.

An actual increase in pay - both annually, and with promotions. 401K match and a bonus program, which were both told would be coming within one month of my hire, now almost two years ago and nowhere closer to happening.
