The wavez. And the vibez. The ebb and the flow

the factor i appreciate the most is flexibility

Serving customers well and hitting targets

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The thing wrong is a lot of people here have been or are being discriminated against, harassed or targeted so they have slowed down a lot. This is all on management. I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears a supervisor call an employee a <beep> after he walked away. So disrespectful here

Knowledge of upper management needs to improve!
