What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible leadership for 2nd/3rd shift. According to managers, supervisors and leads 2nd/ 3rd shift are not following the rules, very disorganized making it impossible for 1st shift to have a smooth day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Insurance is extremely expensive. Not worth getting.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No communications or full functioning equipment. ALL working shifts need to be on the same page as far as keeping equipment charged properly for the next shift. Its IMPOSSBILE lift pallets w/o a forklift. Manager, supervisors and leads need to be leaders.
