He served as a Director of SunGard Data Systems Inc. since 1999 and SunGard Capital Corp. II. since 1999. He served as a Director of Infinity Financial Technology, Inc. since September 1995. Mr. Guldimann holds an M.S. degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.
