Thomas Miller — Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco GP LLC and Treasurer of Sunoco GP LLC at Sunoco LP

Mr. Thomas R. Miller, also known as Tom, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sunoco GP LLC since May 9, 2016 and serves as its Treasurer of Sunoco GP LLC. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Cleco Corporation and Cleco Power LLC from August 3, 2013 to April 13, 2016 and also served as its Treasurer from July 16, 2012 to April 13, 2016 and Vice President from July 16, 2012 to August 3, 2013. He served as Treasurer of Cleco Power LLC from September 2014 to April 13, 2016. He was responsible for Cleco's investor relations and corporate communications functions. He has 30 years of experience in the financial area including 11 years at Exelon Corporation and previous experience with Conoco Phillips Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Solar Trust of America, LLC from October 11, 2010 to July 2012. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller spent 12 years at Conoco, Inc., where he held various roles of increasing responsibility in financial strategy, business development and economic analysis. He was responsible for the core treasury functions of Solar Trust including directing the capital markets and bank financing activities, managing its credit facilities, budgeting and forecasting, debt and interest rate management and cash management operations. He served at Chicago-based Exelon Corporation. He served as Vice President of Treasury and Capital Markets Financing Director at Exelon Corporation from 1999 to 2010. He served as Vice President of Finance at Exelon Corporation. He served as an Assistant Treasurer of Exelon Corporation from June 2002 to August 2010 and led its capital markets and bank financing activities, credit rating process, debt and rate management and other core treasury functions. He served as Director of Financing (Capital Markets) at Exelon and developed corporate and subsidiary capital structures. His career also includes serving as Director of Financial Strategy for Conoco, Inc., where he led the design and implementation of financial policies for Conoco following its IPO in 1999. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago.
