Jack Peurach — Executive Vice President of Products at SunPower Corporation

Mr. Jack Peurach serves as an Executive Vice President of Products at SunPower Corporation since November 2011. Mr. Peurach served as Executive Vice President of Research and Development at SunPower Corporation. Mr. Peurach was responsible for all aspects of SunPower's PV cell, module and systems research and product development. Prior to this role, he led the research and development efforts of PV Systems, PV Modules and the Advanced Product Development groups. He served as the President of Product Development at Powerlight Corporation. Mr. Peurach led PowerLight's Product Development and has an extensive and diversified track record in engineering, product development and business strategy. Prior to SunPower's acquisition of PowerLight, he served as a Vice President of Product Development of SunPower Corporation, Systems. he drove systems product strategy and development for product execution and management and built a pipeline for a number of new products. He served as a Management Consultant/Strategy Consultant at Mercer Management Consulting, helping technology companies assess market opportunities and implement growth-oriented business strategies. Prior to Mercer, Mr. Peurach served in a variety of senior roles including Director of Engineering at Berkeley Process Controls, a high-technology start-up specializing in machine controls and automation. During his tenure, he built an extensive product development and design department that was responsible for creating business/market strategies and delivering engineered products. Prior experience includes business and technical roles at Franklin Fuel Cells and Ford Motor Company. He has been an Independent Director of Ekso Bionics Holdings, Inc. since January 15, 2014 and also served as Director of Ekso Bionics since January 2012. Mr. Peurach holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
