It is difficult to say how to improve because the whole situation is not easy for the branche and so services are not the best. By the way, I would love to see more older flight attendants on the flight, it gives me a feeling of sécurit
Listening to employees' complaints and addressing them so that they can be fixed instead of ignored. It seems as if often, people higher up in the hierarchy cannot take criticism or feedback which is important in improving. Just sad to see a once amazing company fall like this.
Excellent atmosphere on the operational side. Management however does not seem to apply the communication skills, values and empathy we use every day with our colleagues and customers.

No coustmer service in this company and people deal with us as we are instect not as we are human try to contact one of the manger to let them know and solve our proplem but they act like a gods dont want to talk to coustmer becuse one of our luaggage got lost and looks like it got stolen
