Rick Mahoney is Chief Revenue Officer in the Go-to-Market Group at Synopsys. He brings a wealth of experience from prior sales leadership, business management, operations and technical roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Customer Excellence, and Marketing at Ansys.
Mahoney was also previously Senior Vice President, Design Enablement and International Sales at GlobalFoundries. While there, he led a global engineering team and was responsible for multiple billions of dollars in international sales. Prior to that, he had a long, successful career at Cadence Design Systems, starting as a Software Developer and Architect then eventually advancing to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations with responsibility for worldwide sales, field application engineering, customer support, and sales operations.
