As Chief Executive Officer, Rich Crawford brings over 25 years of experience leading high-performance B2B technology businesses. At TalentReef, he is focused on expanding TalentReef’s position in the HCM market and delivering high-performance applications to support the needs of decentralized, location-based customers in the area of talent recruiting and employee engagement. With over 100,000 locations already using TalentReef, Rich is leveraging the vast reach of the customer base to enhance product offerings and provide a SaaS solution that is intuitive, performant and integrated with the HRIS ecosystem.

Prior to TalentReef, Rich led SambaSafety’s growth into a national market leader and its continued development of the Driver Risk Management SaaS product to over 14,000 customers. He led the acquisition of American Driving Records, Softech International and Vigillo, which significantly expanded the company’s ability to provide a comprehensive driver risk identification and mitigation solution for both CDL and fleet drivers which now total over 3 million drivers. In April of 2016, Rich led the majority recapitalization of SambaSafety with ABRY Partners, after increasing enterprise value by nearly 30x in four years.

Rich Crawford has served in numerous senior executive roles across a range of high-tech firms, including CSG International, Telution, MediaLinx and Channelinsight. Throughout his tenure, Rich has directed the strategic development of company product and engineering as well as sales and marketing initiatives, and directly contributed to company growth in terms of market share and revenue.

Rich graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a growth executive, spending his career helping companies grow their products and revenue.
