What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They're more concerned about titles than actually doing anything meaningful. They're so keen on having a C in their title that nothing else matters. This bunch of dim-witted, mutants at table 9 couldn't lead their way out of a wet paper bag.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Be honest about the shares. They offer huge amount of shares but don't tell you that they've issued 1,000,000,000 shares. They're worth nothing!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
listen to customers. don't worry about competitors. Just offer a good product and forget about anything else.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People matter. They don't get this. TOXIC
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I felt like I was on trial. I was guilty before proven innocent.
