Go back to school get certification and knowledge of current market.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Re-interview all employees working more than 5 year in same position (Manager, Director, Sr. Directors) see if they possess knowledge and fire in them to continue for the company.

First company must have sound interviewers.
