Mr. C. David Cone has been the Chief Financial Officer of Taylor Morrison, Inc., since October 15, 2012 and served as its Executive Vice President since February 2016. Mr. Cone has been the Chief Financial Officer of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation since October 2012 and its Executive Vice President since January 2016. Mr. Cone served as the Principal Accounting Officer at Taylor Morrison Home Corporation from October 2012 to September 3, 2014 and its Vice President since October 2012 until January 2016.
