R. Patricia Kelly — President of Commercial Banking at TCF Financial Corporation

Ms. R. Patricia Kelly, also known as Trish, has been President of Commercial Banking at TCF National Bank and served as it's Managing Director of Commercial Banking and Executive Vice President since October 2015. Ms. Kelly is responsible for leading TCF's commercial banking business and oversees all aspects of business development, relationship management and operations. She has been an Managing Director of Commercial Banking at TCF Financial Corporation since October 2015. She served as Managing Director of Financial Institutions Group at The Chicago Corporation since January 2013 and served as its Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group and Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking businesses. Ms. Kelly was the Principal of GRG Group LLC. She is a highly regarded commercial banking executive with over 30 years of experience leading turnarounds with an extensive background in credit, risk, troubled debt restructurings and workout. Ms. Kelly served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending, RBS Citizens Bank; Executive Vice President and Head of National Institutional Real Estate at LaSalle Bank Corporation; and Senior Vice President and Credit Workout Manager at European American Bank. She spent 25 years with ABN-AMRO and its subsidiary, LaSalle Bank, in senior leadership roles, including executive vice president, National Institutional Real Estate and group senior vice president, Commercial Real Estate. Ms. Kelly served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Finance of the Midwest region at Citizens Financial Group Inc., since November 2008. She served as the Head of Commercial Real Estate National Institutional Group at BANA Holding Corporation. She serves as Director of Community Investment Corporation. Ms. Kelly holds BS degree in Accounting & Finance from Boston College.
