Yvonne K. Franzese — Chief Human Capital Officer & Executive VP at TCF Financial Corporation

Ms. Yvonne K. Franzese has been Chief Human Resources Officer at CNO Financial Group, Inc since November 27, 2017. Ms. Franzese has over 25 years of human resources leadership. Ms. Franzese has been Executive Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer of TCF Financial Corporation since June 21, 2017. Ms. Franzese is responsible for leading all aspects of TCF's enterprise-wide human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, as well as team member reward and recognition. She leads the ongoing work to establish a fully integrated and aligned human capital function that ensures TCF attracts, develops, engages and retains the talent necessary to execute its strategic plan. She has a proven track record in organizational talent management and facilitating collaborative, high-performance cultures. She joined TCF from Allianz, where she served in several senior executive roles including chief human resources officer for its U.S.-based Life and Property and Casualty insurance business lines and managing director of change management for Allianz Global Investors. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Allianz of America at Allianz Life Insurance Company Of North America since 2007. She has an extensive background as a human capital executive in the financial services industry. She is a respected leader, known for her broad perspective on critical human capital services as well as leading large, diverse organizations through complex change. She held senior roles in various human resources functions with Citicorp, JP Morgan Chase and MetLife Insurance Company. She is also a retired major with the Air National Guard. She earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University and a Ph.D., ABD in Sociology from The Ohio State University.
