There is a sick pervasive cult mindset. "TFAspeak" is an actual term used to described specific phrases adopted by many of the higher ups and those who have worked in the org for several years. On the national team, there's an insidious never-good-enough mentality where praise is minimal
supposedly paid for "cost of labor" not "cost of living" which I've never heard of a company doing before. There are full-time employees making $10,000 below the poverty line of some cities.
Salary below market rate, anemic pay increases, no credible link between performance and rewards
TFA has too many meetings.
There is a heavy amount of gossip and massive grapevine on the National Team

TFA is a thing of the past. They are unable to innovate effectively and have made too many enemies.
