What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process at TFA tends to be unnecessarily long and cumbersome.
I liked how they genuinely attempted to build a case for me with as much evidence as possible. They didn't just go through the routine. I felt heard.
Multiple modalities from writing to tasks to in person.

Colleagues, flexibility, compensation package, and company mission.
I feel satisfied knowing the work I'm doing is in partnership with low-income communities, and the work we're doing is urgent, and necessary.
