Earlier in her career, Dr. Jackson held progressively senior positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb, starting as associate director, Regulatory Liaison for Biotechnology and rising to executive director for International Regulatory Affairs. She served as director and vice president of Regulatory Affairs at Biogen/Biogen Idec. Dr. Jackson received her Ph.D. in genetics from Cornell University and her B.A. in biology from Reed College. She completed her post-doctoral training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
