David Stark — Group Executive VP & Chief Legal Officer at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

Mr. David M. Stark has been Chief Legal Officer of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited since November 8, 2016 and its Group Executive Vice President since November 12, 2016. Mr. Stark has amassed over 20 years of legal experience beginning with a series of New York law firms followed by a distinguished career at Teva. Since joining Teva in 2002, Mr. Stark served in a series of roles of increased responsibility in Teva North America and Teva Americas from 2002 to 2013, including Senior Director, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President and General Counsel. Since 2013, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Global Specialty Medicines at Teva and served as its Deputy Chief Legal Officer since 2016. From 2014 to 2015, he also served as Acting Chief Legal Officer at Teva. Prior to joining Teva, Mr. Stark served as an associate in the litigation departments of Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens from 1994 to 1997, Chadbourne & Parke from 1997 to 1998 and Willkie Farr & Gallagher from 1998 to 2002.
