Nir Baron — Executive VP & Chief Internal Auditor at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

Mr. Nir Baron has been the Chief Internal Auditor at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited since May 2014 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Baron served as Senior Vice President of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited. Mr. Baron manages the Global Internal Audit function, which performs independent assessment of the various company activities in terms of proper management, efficiency and integrity. Prior to joining Teva, he was with the Israel Securities Authority (ISA), where he served from 2007 to 2012 as the Director of Investigations and Intelligence and a member of the management team. Previously, From 2001 to 2007, he served in various investigatory and managerial roles in the ISA, including Deputy Director of the Department of Investigations.
