it's a very diverse group and there is very little negative interactions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't micromanage, they trust their staff to do the work and are always willing to hear new ideas
What did you like most about the interview process?
You usually have more than one person asking questions which gives a better range of ideas on what to expect
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The worst parts of my work day are the drive in and the drive home. More access to telecommuting would improve things considerably
