VetNet – Our Veterans Network (VETNET) unites Textron Systems’ veteran population to engage in events that emphasize the needs of others while building new personal and professional relationships inside and outside the company.
Women's Network - The Women's Network aims to foster a supportive environment at Textron Systems for the personal and professional development of the women who work here. This group works to support the success and growth of women in the workplace.
Young Professionals Association (YPA) - The YPA is a group that allows young professional employees, and those "young at heart," to make measurable and significant impacts in both their personal and professional lives.
Fusion - Fusion's mission is to help shape our workplace by creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees who identify as LGBTQ and their allies.
Room for All (RFA) - RFA is a multicultural ERG dedicated to celebrating diversity, fostering awareness, and promoting inclusivity.
