They are women....and have good communication skills.
They are on your side. My managers want me to succeed and do what they can to make that happen.

Higher managment is very upfront about expectations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was short and sweet
I was coming in off a current employees recommendation, so the interview was fairly simple. The manager trusted her current employee in suggesting me for the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing im valued and my opinion matters
There isn't a lot of grey area. There are right and wrong ways to do almost everything.
