What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have openly been discriminated against. Coming from similar backgrounds as other colleagues in the same position/title as myself, I am being compensated almost 70k less than others

generous performance-based bonus

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Most definitely. Salary is uncompetitive in the area and the name no longer has the industry veneer it once had.

I make well below market for my role and work better long hours with no overtime due to excessive workload
