James Muckley — Senior Vice President of Operations at The Babcock & Wilcox Company

Mr. James J. Muckley, also known as Jim, has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. since December 2016. Mr. Muckley leads Babcock & Wilcox's global project management, quality and environmental, health, safety & security functions. He oversees Babcock & Wilcox's global manufacturing operations and Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co., Inc. He is responsible for B&W's Global Project Management Office, Manufacturing, Quality and Environmental, Health, Safety and Security functions. He is responsible for Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co., Inc. He was named to his position in December 2016. Mr. Muckley served as Vice President, Global Parts and Services, within the company's Power Segment, responsible for the company's worldwide parts and field engineering services business. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President, B&W Parts, in which he was responsible for the aftermarket parts business for B&W's boiler and environmental product lines, as well as for its boiler cleaning, controls and diagnostics operations and ash handling products in the Americas. He joined B&W in 1979 at the company's Research Center. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Malone University.
