Jimmy B. Morgan — Senior Vice President of Renewable at The Babcock & Wilcox Company

Mr. Jimmy B. Morgan serves as Chief Executive Officer of Babock & Wilcox V??lund A/S. Mr. Morgan has been Senior Vice President of Renewable at Babcock & Wilcox V??lund A/S since February 2017. Mr. Morgan is responsible for B&W's Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Facility Services, Operational Excellence and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security functions. Mr. Morgan has been Senior Vice President of Renewable at Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. since December 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Operations from August 25, 2016 to December 2016 and served as its Vice President of Operations since May 2016 until August 25, 2016. Mr. Morgan has more than 25 years of worldwide managerial, operational and financial experience within the nuclear and other energy industries. He served as Chief Operating Officer of WeldTech Services Corporation. He served as President of PCI Energy Services, LLC. He joined B&W in February 2016 as Vice President and General Manager, Babcock & Wilcox Construction Co., Inc. and served in that position until May 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President for Allied Technical Resources, Inc. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Bartlett Holdings, Inc. Mr. Morgan worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation for six years, where he held executive management positions including Vice President of Installation and Modification Services and President of wholly owned subsidiary Machining and Welding, Inc. He served as Vice President of Nuclear Installation and Modification Services of Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation until March 2012. He served as the Unit Managing Director of Areva's North American Transmission & Distribution Systems business segment. He held various management positions at Duke Power, Duke Engineering & Services and Areva NP (formerly Framatome) in the areas of plant modifications, engineering, site project management and marketing and sales. He has been Chairman of G??taverken Milj?? AB since March 02, 2017. He has been Director of Babcock & Wilcox V??lund A/S since February 2017. Mr. Morgan received a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
