Mark S. Low — Senior Vice President of Power at The Babcock & Wilcox Company

Mr. Mark S. Low has been Senior Vice President of Power at Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. since June 2016. Mr. Low served as Senior Vice President of Global Services Division at Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. since June 30, 2015 until June 2016. From 2013 to March 2015, Mr. Low was Vice President and General Manager of Global Services Division of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. From 2012 to 2013, he was Vice President and General Manager of B&W's Environmental Products and Services Division, responsible for all aspects of its environmental products and services business. From 2007 to 2012, he served as Vice President of Service Projects, in which he led all technical and commercial aspects of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises's service business including project management, forecasting, costing, cost forecasting and warranty resolution. He initially joined B&W in 1979 as a Field Service Engineer. In 1983, he was an Account Sales Engineer and held this position until 1989 when he served as Vice President of Sales for Tampella Power Corporation of Finland. He rejoined B&W in 1997 as Director of International Sales for the South American/Caribbean market and the global Pulp and Paper market. He served as Manager of Business Development for B&W's Fossil Power Division and was responsible for setting strategies and leading teams to secure large steam generator and air quality control contracts from the domestic utility market. He served as Senior Program Manager and was responsible for all new boiler and flue gas desulfurization projects with American Electric Power. He served as a Director of Halley & Mellowes Pty Ltd. since September 1, 2015 until June 21, 2016. He served as a Director of Babcock & Wilcox V??lund A/S until February 7, 2017. Mr. Low graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Penn., with a bachelor's degree in metallurgical engineering.
