Mr. Michael Verhoeve, also known as Mike, has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Descartes Systems Group Inc since July 3, 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President of Legal since 2014. Mr. Verhoeve served as an Associate General Counsel at The Descartes Systems Group Inc from 1998 to 2003. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Sandvine Corporation and provides legal counsel and guidance to its global operations from 2003 to 2014. Prior to joining Sandvine in December 2005, Mr. Verhoeve served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc from 2003 to 2014. Prior to ATS, he spent six years as Inhouse Counsel with The Descartes Systems Group Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario.
