Ms. Rebecca Schwietz serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at Healthfirst, Inc. Ms. Schwietz serves as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at Healthfirst, Inc., and served as its Vice President of Clinical Performance. Ms. Schwietz is responsible for managing the overall quality of care provided by Healthfirst. She supervises the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Advantage star-rating system which provides revenue bonuses based on quality of care and patient satisfaction. Ms. Schwietz joined Healthfirst in 2004 and served in Chief of Staff, Vice President of Performance Improvement and Vice President of Financial Analysis. Ms. Schwietz also created a quality report for network hospitals that shows quarterly performance on selected quality measures.
