Mr. Clyde W. Tinnen serves as a Partner at Withers Bergman LLP since April 2015. Mr. Tinnen joined the firm in 2015 and currently his practice focuses on debt and equity financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His practice areas also include Private equity, Corporate, Corporate finance and US Securities. He serves as a Secretary of Santa Fe Financial Corporation. Mr. Tinnen has been Acting Secretary at Portsmouth Square Inc., and The InterGroup Corporation since December 14, 2014. Mr. Tinnen was a Partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP since July 1, 2014. He focused his practice on corporate law matters, including finance and securities law, banking and mergers and acquisitions. He served as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from September 2006 to December 2009. He has represented public and private corporations in various industries, ranging in size from startup enterprises to Fortune 100 companies. His past clients include large financial institutions, investors and corporations in securities transactions including initial public offerings and private placements, syndicated loans, acquisition financings, capital leases, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset-based loans and other types of complex and traditional financing transactions. He advises clients on general corporate governance and '34 Act disclosure matters. His experience includes representing public and private corporations, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, across industries. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut since 2006, state of Illinois since 2014, state of New York since 2007 and the state of Wisconsin since 2014. Mr. Tinnen has authored in many publications and participated in various speaking engagements. He has received various awards and recognitions. Mr. Tinnen received his J.D. from the Columbia University Law School in 2006, his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2001 and his B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 1993.
