David Brewer — Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Foodservice at The Middleby Corporation

Mr. David Brewer has been Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Foodservice at Middleby Corp. since January 2009. Mr. Brewer has been Chief Operating Officer of Blodgett Holdings, Inc., the Commercial Cooking Group at Middleby Corp. since March 2009. Mr. Brewer is responsible to lead the Middleby's strategic sales initiatives amongst the growing portfolio of Middleby brands. He is also responsible for identifying opportunities to better leverage the existing infrastructure to increase product penetration across the customer base. He leads a newly established national sales team representing all the Middleby brands that supports the Middleby's major restaurant account customers. His efforts focused on increasing customer support and sales revenues, while improving the efficiency of the sales and distribution network. Mr. Brewer served as President of Pitco Frialator Inc. (a subsidiary of Middleby Corp.) from May 17, 2007 to March 2009. He joined Middleby in 2007 from Lantech Corporation, where he served as its President and General Manager. He served as President of Lantech North America from June 2005 to July 2007. Prior to Lantech, he held leadership positions at Yum Brands Corporation and Chiquita Brands International. Mr. Brewer served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain, YUM!, from March 2002 to June 2005.
