James K. Pool III — President of TurboChef Division at The Middleby Corporation

Mr. James K. Pool, III has been the President of TurboChef Technologies, Inc. at Middleby Corp. since May 20, 2011. Mr. Pool is instrumental in pioneering ventless products for the kitchen, including the world's first ventless conveyor. He served as Senior Vice President of Engineering & Procurement at Turbochef Technologies Inc. until May 20, 2011. He served as Vice President of Commercialization Engineering of Turbochef Technologies, Inc. since May 2004. He served as Director of Research and Development of Turbochef Technologies Inc. from October 2000 to May of 2004. He joined Turbochef Technologies Inc. in October 1995 and was principal engineer. He served in various engineering positions including as a senior mechanical engineer, performing research and development, manufacturing and technical support. He has been recognized in the industry as one of the leading developers in the area of speed cooking. Mr. Pool received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
