What is the best part about your compensation package?

you get 2 weeks paid vacation in you get either a paid birthday off or you work on your birthday but get a $100 gift card of your choice

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay slightly higher than average, however they have to hire down the mountain, bc no one in town will work there. Gas is expensive, and the wear to your vehicle. They do not ice their property when it snows. Require use your personal cell, and call any time of the day, as if you're on call.
