What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the culture of this company. It doesn't feel like a job, it feels like family. Any ideas you have are welcomed and appreciated. What a great group of people to work with!
The Leadership team is aware of industry trends and uses this information to guide us moving forward. They also listen to employee feedback, which makes this a good place to work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a salary that is fair and the benefits are really good.
Our HSA health insurance provides great coverage and flexibility for a reasonable price. I really like the Call-A-Doctor benefit we have too. In addition, the company match for our 401K is a benefit not every company offers.
The benefits are competitive and comprehensive.
I like how much I'm paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together and listen and help where we can.
My team pushes me to grow and helps me learn new things. In general, our team is very supportive of each other.
Our team includes a lot of very smart and interesting people who are a pleasure to be around and work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are not just a number, we even went to a seminar to learn to improve communication with each other by learning about how each of us prefer to communicate.
My peers care about each other and me as a person not just as a coworker.
We don't just work but also do a lot of charity stuff to help our surrounding community.
They value people as people, not just employees to get a job done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by several departments and not just by the managers but by future co-workers.
They were friendly, responsive, and engaging. They also helped me understand what a typical day would be like in my role.
I felt respected and made very comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive atmosphere and feeling like I really contribute!
The free snacks and visits from the icecream truck are great!
Feeling needed and completing my work
When I get to do creative work, which is where I really shine, and that happens quite often.
Snackomix! (Company provides free snacks) But seriously, just having a great office vibe is very different from most other places I've worked and snackomix is just one tiny example of that.
