Executive Bio

Mr. Bruce D. Lundstrom has been the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Tidewater Inc. since September 2007 and an Executive Vice President since July 31, 2008. Mr. Lundstrom served as Senior Vice President of Tidewater Inc. from September 2007 to July 31, 2008. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ashmore Energy International Limited (AEI) (formerly, Prisma Energy International Inc.). He has ten year career within the oil and gas industry, with experience both domestically and internationally. He joined Prisma Energy in 2003 and was responsible for overseeing the legal efforts in financing, constructing and operating international power generation assets, pipelines and energy distribution companies in fourteen countries. Previously, Mr. Lundstrom served as Vice president and General Counsel for Enron Global Assets and Services from 2000 to 2003. Prior to joining Enron, he served as General Manager and Senior Counsel of Indonesian operations for CalEnergy Company, Inc. (currently MidAmerican Holdings) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Prior to CalEnergy Company, he served as Senior Associate for Luce, Forward, Hamilton and Scripps from 1988 to 1995. He was a contributing author and editor of The Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. Mr. Lundstrom is admitted to practice in California and Illinois. Mr. Lundstrom is also a Member of the Illinois CPA Society. He is involved in a number of Houston charitable and civic organizations. He is a volunteer for Kids Hope USA, a member of the President's Circle of the Houston Museum of Natural Science, a Benefactor for Cantare, a supporter of Bridge's Academy of Fine Arts and an active member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Mr. Lundstrom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois in 1985 and also graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern University School of Law in 1988.
