Frank A. Dipiero — Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Timken Steel Corporation

Mr. Frank A. DiPiero serves as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of TimkenSteel Corporation. Mr. DiPiero served as Secretary of Goodrich Corp. since January 1, 2010 and serves as its Vice President Segment Counsel of Actuation & Landing Systems. He joined Timken in 2014. Prior to that, he served as Associate General Counsel of UTC Aerospace Systems of United Technologies Corporation, a provider of technology products and services to the global aerospace and building systems industries, from 2012 to 2013, Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Segment Counsel, Electronic Systems of Goodrich Corporation (Goodrich Corporation became a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation through a merger in 2012) from 2010 to 2012 and Segment Counsel, Actuation & Landing Systems of Goodrich Corporation from 2004 to 2010. Mr. DiPiero joined Goodrich when it acquired TRW's Aeronautical Systems business in 2002. Prior to joining TRW, he was a Partner at law firm Squire, Sanders and Dempsey, in its litigation department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Youngstown State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo.
