Ilan Rabinovich — Worldwide Senior Vice President of Quality & Reliability at Tower Semiconductor Ltd.

Mr. Ilan Rabinovich has been Worldwide Senior Vice President of Quality & Reliability at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since January 2015. Mr. Rabinovich has been General Manager of CMOS Business Unit at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since December 2009. He served as Worldwide Vice President of Quality and Reliability at Tower Semiconductor Ltd., since January 2015 until March 16, 2016. He served as Vice President of Customer Support at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since December 2009 until January 2015. Mr. Rabinovich served as President and Vice President of Product Development at CyOptics Ltd. from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2009, he served as Vice President of Operations, Opto Fab, Vishay Ltd. His previous position was Director of Process Engineering and Yield Enhancement at Tower Semiconductor, a National Semiconductor spin-off. Prior to Tower Semiconductor, he was involved in the development of infra-red devices in the Soreq Nuclear Center. He worked as Process Engineering Manager for Tower Semiconductor from 1995 to 2000. He has 17 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. He holds an M.Sc. in Physics from the Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
