Itzhak Edrei — President at Tower Semiconductor Ltd.

Dr. Itzhak Edrei has been the President of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. and Tower US Holdings Inc. since November 2011. Dr. Edrei served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development for Business Groups at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since September 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President of Product Lines and Worldwide Sales since August 2005, Vice President of Research & Development from August 2001 to August 2005 and Director of Research and Development since 1996. From 1994 to 1996, he served as Device and Yield Department Manager of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. Prior to joining Tower, he was employed by National Semiconductor as Device Section Head. He serves as a Director of TowerJazz Panasonic SEMICONDUCTOR Co., Ltd. He serves as a Director of Jazz Semiconductor, Inc. Dr. Edrei earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Bar Ilan University and his Post-Doctorate from Rutgers University.
